Original box - tape down one back corner/edge.  Shows signs of handling and storage, consistent with age.
Original Sears price sticker attached to upper corner (price marked through)
Clean battery compartment.
Books show very little sign of handling with spine just barely broke.  There is some rub wear on the outer edge of the Faded Fobs book that looks like from being put in or taken out of the box.
