Civil War Tin Type Photo of Union Soldier And Later Tin Type of Him? and Wife?

Description

Two Tin Types of a Union Civil War Soldier.  One shows him in his complete uniform from Civil War Times.  The second shows what appears to be the same soldier in a partial uniform beside a woman.  He appears older in the second picture.  These are not identified and I have no idea where they were taken.
The case these are in is in horrible condition with the two halves separated.  The glass is not broken or cracked.  The tin types are not perfect with some losses and discoloration.  Please look closely at the photos and judge the condition for yourself.
